Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off the Shipment
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
